How our Delivery Service works,

We use APC couriers who operate a Monday to Friday service (no weekends) only to most UK Mainland destinations.

 I will  explain how our order system works, firstly we make every item in-house. 

1: All daily online orders placed up to midnight are collected & processed for next day dispatch or for each customers specified delivery day.

2: They are handmade, packed and dispatched the same day  via APC EastKent our courier service. 

3: Currently we to allow 2 days for transport due to current  weather and rail disruptions, however  95% arrive next day!

4: During extra busy times just allow an extra day if possible.

5: If you can do so, add a safe place for your parcel to be left if you arent going to be available to take delivery.

6: We then send you your tracking information to enable you to track your parcel as it travels with a telephone number     linking to your local delivery hub.

7: Finally, don't forget to check your parcel, water your plants if they are a little dry, & contact us immediately if there are     any problems. 

Delivery Exemptions due to huge increase in Fuel charges

Scottish Lowlands                                                                                                                                                                  These are charged at a special increased rate provided by our couriers. you can estimate your delivery charges at checkout before committing to a purchase.   

Highland and Islands                                                                                                                                                               For deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland. Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland. -We use Hermes (Evri) Parcel Service, they take a little longer and they wont let us include plants but their delivery charges are reasonable. Please ask for a quote, include your postcode and we will provided one asap.

Issues or Returns
